The Foscam SD2X is a PTZ IP camera with Wi-Fi, 2MP and 50 meters of night vision. It combines a high quality digital video camera with IR cut for natural color reproduction with network connectivity and a powerful web server to bring clear video images to the desktop anywhere on your local network or over the internet. The video images are transmitted at 25 fps rate on the LAN/WAN using hardware H264 compression technology. The resolution is 1920*1080 at 2M pixels. The Foscam SD2X camera is based on the TCP/IP standard. By means of an internet browser you can set up the Foscam and later also view and record the images. You can use the Foscam SD2X for observation of your home, company, office, etc. Alarm notification with photos to an email address or FTP server in case of motion detection can be easily set.
