How does Powerline work?

Powerline works with a set of adapters. 1 adapter can be plugged into the wall socket near your Internet router.
Plug the other into a wall socket near your IP Camera.
Your camera is now powered and connected via the Powerline connection.
The data goes through your power network, so it is important that the Powerlines are on the same power network.
