This doorbell works standalone, which means that it can be used without an intercom monitor. The doorbell can be powered via PoE, but be careful not to use the PoE of the recorder for this. Instead, you use a PoE injector or a PoE switch. You can save the images of the doorbell on your recorder, for this you use the IP address of the doorbell, which you add to a free channel on your recorder.
