Dahua VTO2211G-WP Outpost 2MP IP65, WiFi/PoE, Card reader

• Full-HD 2MP camera with a 125° opening angle
• Mifare card reader max. 10,000 cards
• Suitable for PoE
• 2.4GHz WiFi. Using the VTO2211 as a server while it is connected to WiFi is not recommended.
• Suitable for surface-mounting
• IP65 front (rear must be sealed for outdoor use)
• Suitable for use without indoor station

Note: without an indoor station, this outdoor station cannot control an external doorbell

Points of attention:

• WiFi: This product is also suitable for WiFi. However, it is not recommended to use this outdoor station as a SIP server while it is connected to Wi-Fi. This is possible, but in case of signal problems, this will continue to work in the entire intercom system. Our helpdesk offers support for problems related to the Intercom, however our helpdesk does not offer support for Wi-Fi problems.

• Standalone: This outpost can be used standalone as a video doorbell. This means that the outpost can be directly linked with the Dahua DMSS app.

• SIPServer The entrance station can also be used as a SIP server within an intercom system. However, it is not recommended to use the outdoor station as a SIP server when it is connected to the WiFi. The entire intercom system is connected to the SIP server. If the signal, the available bandwidth or the stability of the Wifi is not sufficient, this will cause problems in the entire intercom system.

• IP65: The specifications state that this device is IP65. This concerns the front. The back must be sealed for outdoor applications.

• Outdoor installation : For outdoor installation we therefore recommend combining this product with the plastic VTM09R rain hood. This rain hood is made of plastic. Keep in mind that this can deform a bit on a non-flat surface. This also needs to be sealed at the back.

• Own audio files: An addition of the 4.5 firmware is the function to upload own mp3 audio files. This way you can hear a personal welcome text.Please note that these mp3audio files may only be a maximum of 20kb.
• DMSS app with Push notifications:This outpost has an app. Check out our FAQ how to set it up:DMSS with Push notifications for Dahua intercom

• Card reader:The outpost has a card reader suitable for Mifare. It is possible to add up to 10,000 users.

• SD card slot:The SD card slot in the VTO has no function for the time being.
