This Full-color HD-CVI camera has white LED backlighting. This LED lights up as soon as the amount of light at the camera falls below 3 lux. This LED lighting can be switched off or the sensitivity of the light sensor can be adjusted via the OSD menu in the camera.
Full-color Starlight cameras are the latest type of starlight cameras from Dahua. These cameras are equipped with a 1 / 2.8 "Sony Starvis CMOS and an extra large aperture up to max. F1.0. This combination provides a color image from 0.001lux. This camera performs excellently in low-light situations. In addition, this camera stands out of other low-light cameras by keeping the colors optimal in low-light situations, which is why the Dahua Full-color Starlight cameras do not have built-in IR lighting.
The HFW2249E-A-LED is equipped with built-in white LED lighting, so the camera can display a colorful and vibrant image even in total darkness.
