The Ajax Systems NVR H2DAC Recorder is a reliable and efficient network video recorder designed for small to medium-sized security installations. With support for up to 8 IP cameras, this NVR provides a centralized solution for managing, recording and reviewing high quality camera images.

The recorder features a 4K HDMI output, allowing live images and recordings to be displayed instantly and sharply on a monitor. With support for resolutions up to 12 megapixels, even the smallest details are captured razor-sharp, which is essential for effective security.

Designed with flexibility in mind, the Ajax NVR H2DAC works seamlessly with both Ajax cameras and other brands' IP cameras via ONVIF and RTSP protocols. This makes it easy to integrate existing cameras into one uncluttered system.

For storage, the recorder offers space for two hard drives (not included), with support for hot-swappable HDDs of up to 16 TB per drive. This allows for continuous image recording and easy storage replacement without downtime.

In addition, the NVR has smart features such as pixel-based motion detection, which stores only relevant events. This saves storage space and makes image retrieval faster and more efficient.

Because this version has no built-in PoE ports, it is ideal for installations where an external PoE switch or existing network infrastructure is already being used.
