Mobeye CML4255 Thermoguard Twinlog temperature detector
The Mobeye ThermoGuard TwinLog is a compact unit for monitoring temperature values.

The temperature sensor is digital and extremely accurate. The minimum and/or maximum temperature limit is adjustable between -35 °C and +70 °C. The sensor is calibrated at the factory and displays the value accurately in decimal. One sensor is supplied as standard. A second sensor is available as an accessory. The interval for logging the values and transfer to the portal are adjustable.
Alarms
In an alarm situation, the Mobeye ThermoGuard sends notifications by app (IOS/Android), telephone call (voice message), text message and/or e-mail. The message also contains the current temperature. For the push messages there is a choice between an escalation plan or group message. With the escalation plan, the recipient can confirm the push message, so that the other contacts no longer receive the message. If none of the recipients acknowledge the push message, a call is still made. The number of contacts is unlimited.
External voltage vs battery powered
The Mobeye ThermoGuard TwinLog can run on batteries for a long time and therefore independent of an external power source. If external voltage is available, it is recommended to connect it. The power supply is then also monitored immediately. And if it disappears, a notification follows. The alarm dialer will continue to work for a long time on the internal batteries. A signal will also be sent when the power supply is restored. The AC adapter is available as an accessory.
Alarm inputs, siren and output
In addition to the temperature sensor, the Mobeye ThermoGuard (CML4255) has two NO/NC inputs for the connection of alarm contacts and sensors. It also monitors the status of a device or external sensor, such as an air conditioner or door magnet. In the event of an alarm, the internal piezo siren can sound as an alarm indication. The CML4255 has an (open collector) output to switch an external device.
Network and SIM card
The Mobeye SIM card gives the device full functionality, including the use of the Mobeye Internet Portal and the app. With the Mobeye SIM card, communication takes place over the 4G LTE-M network with 2G as fallback. It therefore provides the log function. The temperature history and status are displayed in the portal.
When inserting your own SIM card, the device works on 2G. Alarm messages are then sent via SMS and/or call to max. 5 telephone numbers.
With the Mobeye ThermoGuard, no cooling will fail unnoticed and overheating no longer has to lead to damage!
