Of course it can always happen that something is defective or gets damaged. In that case, the product can be returned to us if it falls within the warranty period. A defect in a product caused by improper use or installation is excluded from the warranty. This is at the discretion of our technical service. Fill in the form below, the RMA number is your order number. Returns are at your own expense.
Please take into account a repair time of at least 10 working days.
If the product turns out not to be defective after checking, we will charge a minimum of 35 euros for research costs
Right of withdrawal:
When purchasing products, the consumer has the option to dissolve the agreement without stating reasons during at least fourteen days. This period starts on the day after receipt of the product by or on behalf of the consumer.
During this period, the consumer will handle the product and the packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether he wishes to keep the product. If he makes use of his right of withdrawal, he will return the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur.
The shipping costs of the return are for your own account. This arrangement does not apply to business orders and to products that have been ordered especially for you and that have been made known.
If you have paid an amount, we will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days after the return or cancellation.
